Refund Policy
Strangers & Lovers will accept exchanges and refunds of unworn and unwashed garments within 10 days of the delivery date.
**If you wish to return your parcel and get a refund please fill the Return Form.
RETURNS
- We refund all full priced items, excluding earrings and hats.
- Items must be posted in the mail within 10 days of receiving your order. Any items posted after this timeframe will be denied.
- Items must be returned in their original condition including tags and labels.
- Once S & L has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund or store credit is issued.
**Strangers & Lovers reserve the right to deny a return if items are not follow the below conditions.
CONDITIONS
We do not accept returns on the following items:
- Sale category items
- Items that have been bought with the use of DISCOUNT COUPONS.
- Gift Cards
- Accessories
- Swimwear
- Intimates
All products must be returned;
- Unworn and unwashed
- Tags attached
- Free from makeup and fake tan
- Free from any scent of perfume or powder.
In the unlikely event you have receive a damaged or faulty item please notify us within 24hrs of receiving the goods so we can investigate this. We may request some evidence of the issue - typically just a photo or two.
***It never arrived - If you don't receive an item you ordered, you are eligible for a refund. Please contact us within 30 days after the estimated date of delivery. When items are delayed but still in transit, S&L may offer a partial refund to offset shipping costs or fees.
EXTRA INFO
We don't accept refunds on items that have been bought with the use of DISCOUNT COUPONS.
Returns that has used discount codes cannot be refunded however if your return is received within 30 days from delivery we will still provide you with a gift certificate.
