You are more than welcome to return your products.
Strangers & Lovers, gladly accept returns for items 10 days from the delivery date and provide you with a gift certificate or a refund.
**Strangers & Lovers reserve the right to deny a return if items are not follow the below conditions.
- We do not accept returns on the following items:
- Sale category items
- Gift Cards
- All products must be returned;
- Unworn and unwashed
- Tags attached
- Free from makeup and fake tan
- Free from any scent of perfume or powder.
The item must be claimed within 7 days of the customer being notified of rejected return. These goods will be returned back to the customer and the customer will incur the carriage charge. If this charge is not made, the goods will, unfortunately, be destroyed. We kindly ask our customers to be careful when trying on so this process can be avoided.
We don't accept refunds on items that have been bought with the use of DISCOUNT COUPONS.
Returns that has used discount codes cannot be refunded however if your return is received within 20 days from delivery we will still provide you with a gift certificate.
***Please note that the international shipping costs that Strangers & Lovers provide do not reflect the cost of return shipping from countries outside of Greece. It is the responsibility of customers to enquire about the cost of return shipping from their country back to Greece as this fee is in no way covered by Strangers & Lovers.
Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to Strangers & Lovers.
Strangers & Lovers will not issue a refund on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit.
Please note that Strangers & Lovers can only accept return parcels under the shipping label that is provided by our Company.
Strangers & Lovers will not be able to identify an order under a different tracking number than the one that has been provided to the customer.
Strangers & Lovers will not issue a refund on parcels that do not abide with the abovementioned instructions
RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER OR A FAULTY ITEM?
In the unlikely event you have received a damaged or faulty item please notify us within 24hrs of receiving the goods so we can investigate this.
Please note that our warranties policy does not cover:
- Damage arising from improper opening of packages (e.g. using scissors may cut through clothing)
- Damage arising from abnormal use or abuse
- Damage as a result of improper maintenance and care (e.g. ironing damage)
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item/s, simply return your items for a refund/store credit and place a new order in accordance with our returns policy.
