To place an order on Strangers and Lovers is more than easy . When viewing your product be sure you choose the correct size and color and then click "Add to Card ". You can review your items in your cart at any time just by clicking the cart icon in the top right corner of every page. Once you review your products in your cart page just click the "checkout" button and place your order.
Once you have your desired items in your Cart, simply click the ‘Checkout Now’ button. You will then be prompted to either sign in to your account or to create an account. Next, enter your shipping address, choose your preferred shipping method and enter any discount codes or credit vouchers that you may want to use. Finally, you will be directed to complete payment. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing the contents of your order!
We process orders very quickly so changes and cancellations can not always be fulfilled. You must immediately contact our customer center at email@example.com with your order number and the change information or the cancel request inclueded in the email.
We ship in business days, Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays. Shipping starts from the date you received the “Your Order Has Shipped!” email. Do note that processing times are not included in Shipping times. Please allow an additional 1-3 working days for your orders to be processed before they are shipped.
We hope that you are happy with your purchase from Strangers & Lovers .However, if you’re not completely happy, you can simply send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days from the day you received the item, explaining the reason why you want to return your product and we will get back to you as soon as possible with all the information you need. Please note that used products won't be accepted.
Strangers & Lovers will accept exchanges and refunds of unworn and unwashed garments within 10 days of the delivery date.
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item/s, simply return your items for a refund/store credit and place a new order in accordance with our returns policy.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. Any product returned must include all packaging and cases. Any items deemed in an unsaleable condition will be rejected as a return and the customer will be notified by email. PLEASE NOTE: Items will be rejected by our quality and control for the following reasons:
Items have had the tags removed
There is makeup transfer on the item
The item is marked or stained
We do not accept returns on earrings or underwears for sanitary reasons.
The item must be claimed within 7 days of the customer being notified of rejected return. These goods will be returned back to the customer and the customer will incur the carriage charge. If this charge is not made, the goods will, unfortunately, be destroyed. We kindly ask our customers to be careful when trying on so this process can be avoided.
We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.
***Please note that the international shipping costs that Strangers & Lovers provide do not reflect the cost of return shipping from countries outside of Greece. It is the responsibility of customers to enquire about the cost of return shipping from their country back to Greece as this fee is in no way covered by Strangers & Lovers

Please attach the returns address label provided. This can be found on the invoice that comes with your purchase. Please note this label is not prepaid and is just an address label.
Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting as any missing parcel is your responsibility. We advise our customers to use a tracked service to return any parcels as we will not be held liable for missing parcels.
Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return. Once your return is received it will take up to 30 days to refund your account you will receive an email stating your account has been credited. Please note we do not cover any return shipping cost, this cost is met by the customer.
Please note if you choose to return your parcel via the post office this cost is met by the customer.
As an International customer, you can return your parcel using any postal service. Please note - you'll need to cover the postage costs yourself. It’s a good idea to mark your parcel as ‘returned goods’ to avoid being charged any duties.
The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives at its destination - remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you’ve sent it.

Please allow 5 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by Strangers & Lovers . You will be informed via the email address tt once this transaction has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the credit card or PayPal that the payment had originally come from.
As per our shipping policy, orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 1-2 days after placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped that contains your tracking information. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your Spam folder, as it may have been received there. Please also note that tracking information is sent via email the day that orders are shipped out. Tracking updates are only available for certain countries. Please allow ample time for your parcel to be processed through your national customs department before you can expect tracking updates to appear on your national postal service website. We do not take responsibility for any import fees such as VAT, fees must be paid by yourself. If you are unsure if your order is applicable for import fees, please check your local government's website and note that orders will be dispatched from United States, Japan, China, Hong Kong or Greece depending on stock availability at our global warehouses.
