Returns

  • We've got you covered! You can easily return any full-priced item that is unworn, unwashed.
  • Start the return process by filling out our convenientΒ return requestΒ form within ten (10) days of receiving your order.
  • Once your return request is approved (which we'll do as quickly as possible!), we'll send you a special return shipping label via email. It's unique to your return and valid for seven (7) days.
  • After we receive your returned items, we're happy to offer you a choice: you can either receive aΒ gift certificateΒ (store credit or discount) or enjoy aΒ refund.

  • f you happen to receive a faulty/damaged item or an incorrect order (which is unlikely, but hey, mistakes happen), please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Provide us with the required information and some photos, so we can swiftly resolve the issue for you.
  • We kindly ask you to use ourΒ company's return shipping labelΒ for identification purposes. This helps us ensure a smooth return process. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue a refund if the parcel doesn't comply with our return instructions.
